These terms apply to this video studio (the “service”). By signing in you accept them. Questions: reply to any e-mail from us.

1. Who may use it

You must be 18 or older. One account per e-mail address.

2. What you upload

• You must own the photo or have the right to use it.
• Everyone shown in it must be 18 or older and must have agreed to their image being used this way. You confirm this once, before your first video, and it applies to every photo you upload after that.
• Never upload or ask for: any person under 18; sexual, nude or intimate content of a real person without their explicit consent; content meant to harass, threaten, defame or deceive (including fake content presented as real to mislead others); or anything illegal where you or the person shown live.

3. What we do about misuse

Prompts are checked automatically before any money is spent, and blocked when they break these rules. We may suspend or close an account without refund of its balance when these terms are broken. We report material involving children to the authorities.

4. Balance and charges

• The service is prepaid. Your balance is shown in USDT and is topped up by contacting us.
• Before each video you see an estimate; that amount is held while it renders. You are charged the actual cost when it is done. A video that fails costs nothing.
• A balance is not refundable except where the law requires it.

5. Your videos

You may use the videos you make, within these terms and the law. Each video can be downloaded until it is deleted, within 4 hours of being made; the photo it was made from is deleted within 4 hours of upload. Neither can be recovered — download the videos you want to keep. AI output can be unexpected — check it before you use it.

6. No warranty

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the balance on your account.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do. Continuing to use the service means you accept the new version.
