What we collect
- Your e-mail address — to send sign-in codes and identify your account.
- Photos you upload — location, camera and other metadata are removed when you upload.
- Your prompts and the videos made from them.
- Your balance and every charge or top-up.
- Your IP address — for security and to limit abuse; it is not used for advertising.
- One cookie — keeps you signed in for 30 days. There are no analytics or advertising cookies.
Who processes it
Cloud hosting and storage; a network and security provider; an e-mail delivery provider (sign-in codes only); an AI video provider, which receives your photo and prompt to make the video; and an AI text provider, which receives your prompt (not your photo) to improve it. Some of these process data outside your country.
How long we keep it
- Every photo you upload and every video made from it is deleted from our storage within 4 hours of being made. We keep no other copy.
- Your prompts (text only) are kept for 30 days, then deleted.
- The video and text providers keep what they receive under their own terms, which do not promise deletion within hours.
- Account and charge records — amounts and times, no photos or videos — are kept for our accounts.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by replying to any e-mail from us. Some records may have to be kept where the law requires it.
Children
The service is for people 18 or older.
